Well, where to begin… 2020, what a terrible year for the world! But as humans, we gotta push through and look to the lighter side of things.
I shot a total of 31 weddings, postponed 30 or so for next year. I think as a year, wedding wise it went pretty well. During the lockdown phase in Australia I managed to shoot a few elopements, which kept my brain chugging along and off my Playstation. I’m super thankful to those couples who persisted with their micro-weddings/elopements during that time. I also believe those type of weddings are really beautiful and I’d love to do more.
So… Looking forward to 2021. It’s going to be a huge year. It’s already booked out, with 2022 starting to fill up. My lovely couples are still pushing through and won’t let Covid stop them, and I sincerely think its a good thing (obviously being “COVID Safe”)!
On my final note, I’d love to thank all off my lovely couples who trusted me me for their wedding day this year. We all had a blast, that’s a definite! I’m so looking forward to what next year brings.
