What inspired you to do the shoot?
We were inspired to create a look that wasn’t typically expected for the wedding scene. We wanted to be expressive, bold and explore the use of colour, texture and create a vision that was eclectic & contemporary yet still super relatable and on-trend.
Why do you think its important to do these shoots?
We think it’s important to keep igniting the creative fire within ourselves as vendors; pushing the standard wedding aesthetic and showing couples the variations of what their big day could look like. It’s also been great to connect with other inspiring vendors and get creative together, especially after the isolating year we have had.
What can a bride obtain from looking at one of these shoots?
Couples can see what the south coast has to offer! It’s a great way to showcase the MANY talents and venues that we have here on the coast. It also offers an eclectic and progressive option to their wedding day. We hope to achieve this by highlighting interesting floral ingredients, layering the table-scape with textures and modern features, bold colours and a disco dress! Weddings are fun, once in a lifetime events – let’s take a risk and explore creative options!
